If you're seeing “Unable to find information for xxxx” in your bibliography, this means there are some citations in this document for references you don't have in your Sciwheel library. To fix this you'll need to ask collaborators to share all cited references with you, then after you have them just format your document and the citations/bibliography will fix themselves.
