There could be a couple of reasons for this:

You may be using an incompatible version of Word. The add-in should work with most versions of Office from 2016 onwards (including Word 365, Word on the web, and Word for iPad), but please contact customer support if you have any problems.

The add-in may be blocked for installation by your institution. If this is the case please submit a ticket to your IT department requesting access, and also contact our customer support team via the help chat on the Sciwheel site or by emailing feedback@sciwheel.com and we’ll get in touch with your institution. This will really help speed up the process!
